What if a product featured in a package is not in stock when I place my order?
If a featured product in a gift package is unavailable, The Rosebay Company will substitute it with a similar high-quality item of equal or greater value. Each replacement is chosen with care to preserve the gift's luxury, theme, and intentional experience, ensuring your recipient receives an elegantly assembled box.
Are the product colors shown in photos accurate?
We strive to represent each product as accurately as possible, including true-to-life colors. However, slight variations may occur—especially with items crafted from natural fibers like cotton and linen, where texture and tone can naturally differ. We also use professional editing techniques to enhance lighting and clarity in our photos, ensuring a polished presentation while staying as true as possible to the product’s real appearance.
May I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes—every Rosebay gift can include a personalized message.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, sending client appreciation, or marking a meaningful milestone, your note will be thoughtfully handwritten and included with your gift—adding a personal touch that lasts beyond the moment.
To add your message, simply go to your cart. At the bottom, you’ll see “Include a personalized message for your recipient.” Enter your note in the box, and we’ll take care of the rest.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gift. Please use the contact form on the Contact Us page to send us your queries or email gifting@rosebayco.com.
